2009 Speedos/Jr National Qualifier/Competitor NYSPHSAA Qualifier/Competitor Attends Denison University Shawn was chosen for an athlete-at-large appointment to the 2009 USA Swimming convention via the USA Swimming Athlete Executive Committee. At this meeting he has the opportunity to vote on several rules for USA Swimming. This is a great opportunity for Shawn and for the area to have representation!
